Village Deliberations for DTSEN VerVal and SE2026 in Sigi Kota

BPS-Statistics of Sigi Regency, incorporated within the DTSEN Updating Team, participated in the Village Deliberation (Musdes) regarding the National Socio-Economic Unified Data (DTSEN) while concurrently conducting a Socialization for the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026). This fieldwork activity was carried out on April 10 and 14, 2026, targeting 10 villages spread across the Sigi Kota Subdistrict. This agenda aims to strengthen coordination at the village level to ensure accurate database updating, as well as to disseminate information regarding the upcoming implementation of the Economic Census in the villages.

During this series of activities, the DTSEN updating team—consisting of BPS-Statistics of Sigi Regency, the Social Agency, the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) of Sigi Regency, the Population and Civil Registration Agency (Dinas Dukcapil), the Education Agency, and Family Hope Program (PKH) Facilitators—interacted directly with village governments and local community leaders. This interaction aimed to align perceptions regarding the importance of valid and up-to-date economic data availability, as well as to conduct Verification and Validation (VerVal) of the current data. Through this activity, it is hoped that village apparatuses will gain a better understanding of periodic DTSEN updates, thereby maximizing active community participation in ensuring the success of SE2026.
